The Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc. Board of Directors will begin the review of applications September 1, 2025.

Preliminary Interviews will be held for all new applicants. An email will be sent to book a time for your interview.

Previous delegates eligible to return, will be sent correspondence from the MSA Board.

Virtual meetings will be held after September 1, 2025 to review the details, commitments, and contract for representatives of the Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc. Organization.

Becoming a delegate for Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc. includes signing a contract for a period of approximately 1 year in order to experience the benefits of our numerous events of outreach across the state of Alabama. The 1 year commitment is from the time you sign the contract until the workshop of the following pageant year (Unless you are the 2025 reigning queens/1st runners up. The reigning queens/1st runners up are under contract until the pageant of the following year - 2026.)

We are a nonprofit senior women's organization providing a sisterhood of support for our members, and reaching out as volunteers to serve our state.

During the commitment period to Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc. delegates/queens are not allowed to enter other pageant systems, or if a delegate chooses to break the MSA, Inc. contract she will forfeit title and all participation in MSA, Inc. events and future eligibility to compete.

The commitment runs from registration of one year until workshop of the following pageant year.

Applying for MSA, Inc. does not guarantee acceptance, nor bind a delegate to participation.

The contract is not signed until review of applications and interviews are complete. For all applicants who are invited to proceed as delegates, the Board of Directors will send acceptance notifications and invitations to sign the contract and move forward to participate in MSA 2026. Please understand that we have a limited number of delegates each year. Contracts must be signed in order to move forward and secure your position and title. Positions/titles are not held until the contract is signed. Contracts must be signed upon completion of the contract review meeting in order to secure your title.

The workshop/retreat is a beautiful (required) 3 night retreat, March 12-15, at the Beautiful Beckwith Camp & Conference Center in Fairhope, AL. The fee includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks while at the retreat, lodging, coaching, a professional photo session, crown and sash with your awarded title, crown bag, t-shirt, journal, and more.)

The pageant includes: The Queen's Dinner the Thursday night before the pageant, the pageant fee, awards and prizes.The Queen's Dinner will be June 4, 2026, Rehearsal Day will be June 5, 2026, and the pageant June 6, 2026 - all held at the Daphne Civic Center. (The registration fee does not include hotel costs for the pageant days in Daphne. The Board will secure a block of rooms with a discounted rate for delegates for lodging during the pageant.)

The fee for the workshop and pageant, as detailed above, is $675. This amount is not enough to cover all that we provide, therefore we allow sponsorships to keep the cost for delegates low. We ask that you obtain $1000 in sponsorships. We only require $600 in sponsorships. $1000 is suggested, and $600 is required. You may pay the $600 yourself, and create an ad from your family or for your business or a nonprofit, or you may obtain the $600 (+) through sponsorships. We will provide a letter for your sponsors and details on all that they will receive in return, along with coaching on obtaining sponsorships.

Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc. is not under any contract or agreement with any other pageant system.

As a delegate, or a winner, you must arrange for your own transportation for all events related to Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc, and must also have the capability to use email, text, play videos, have the Group Me app for communication, and join virtual meetings online.

Ms. Senior Alabama 2026, ages 60-69 years
(60 years of age before July 1st, 2026), serves as Ms. Senior Alabama 1 year, from the 2026 pageant until the 2027 pageant.
Ms. Super Senior Alabama 2026,
ages 70 - 79 years (70 years of age on or before July 1st, 2026), serves as Ms. Super Senior Alabama 1 year, 2026 pageant until the 2027 pageant.
Delegates are allowed to compete in the Seniors (60-69) age division, for 4 years, and to compete in the Super Seniors (70-79) age division for
4 years, with Senior Alabama, Inc.

Photos do not have to be professional and may be snapshots, but need to be of you by yourself in order to post as we introduce you on our social media and website, if you are accepted as a delegate.
Fill out all forms to apply, including the application and medical form below. Please use a laptop or desktop computer and not your cell phone.
Read over the MSA, Inc. Contract so that you will understand the expectations and requirements. Contracts will be reviewed in a meeting with potential applicants and the MSA, Inc. Board of Directors, and signed thereafter.
The registration fee is not paid until notification of acceptance and review and signing of the contract has been completed.
The Biographical Forms will be reviewed by the board and are not due until April, 2026, which include information for the judges, your message to senior women, and philosophy of life, and certain stage introductions. We will give detailed information on filling out the form, writing your introductions, message, and philosophy, and choosing your outfits.
Delegates in Ms. Senior Alabama do not have to win a preliminary in order to enter, however all delegates have to apply, complete a preliminary interview with the MSA Executive Board of Directors, and be invited to complete registration. If entering Ms. Senior Alabama from a preliminary pageant, it is the responsibility of the delegate to communicate with the director of the preliminary about the rules of said pageant and to determine titles, awarding of titles, and continuation of said titles. The Board of Directors of Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any title or delegate without explanation. Application and acceptance into the pageant is based on criteria from the application and preliminary interview in agreement of the by-laws and policies of the Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc. organization, and by decision of the Board of Directors.
All applications have to be approved by the Ms. Senior Alabama Board of Directors. You will receive notice from an officer of the Board regarding approval. Decisions made by the Board are final, with no rebuttal considered. If a delegate chooses to drop out of the pageant after acceptance and registration fees have been paid, registration fees are not refunded. If a delegate drops out due to an emergency situation, refunds are allowed for 7 days after payment is made to Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc. No refunds are allowed after this 7 day period.
