Payment Options:

*All payments/sponsorships must complete this online order form.

1.Preferred payment: Venmo - @MsSeniorAlabama - If paying by Venmo, the online form must still be submitted. Choose manual payment and submit the form, then process your payment through your Venmo account. 

2.Pay by card through our online payment form below.

3.Pay by check: If paying with a check, please mail payment with sponsorship information to: Marilyn Sills, 5548 Parkside Drive, Birmingham, AL 35242. Be sure to choose manual payment and submit this form, because if paying with a check, the online form still must be submitted.

 

Payments without an online form are considered donations, due to lack of information to process the ad.

 

All ads, forms, art, and payments are dueApril 26, 2026, to be included for the Community Support Award competition. Artwork/ads may not be received through mail. All artwork/ads must be in jpeg or pdf format and uploaded to our website through this online form. Scans should be of high quality. We cannot accept paper ads handed to us. We also cannot accept pictures taken of pictures. 

If MSA creates the ad, there is a $100 additional creative art fee.
