Dare to Dream with a Queen at Chicos
Appearance/Event Agreement
This exclusive agreement is between Ms. Senior Alabama delegates, titleholders, previous titleholders, board members, and Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc.
As a Ms. Senior Alabama/Ms. Super Senior Alabama delegate, titleholder, previous titleholder, or board member, I commit to appear and participate at the Dare to Dream with a Queen at Chico’s (retail clothing store), on April 1, 2023, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., as assigned according to the following schedule:
Spanish Fort: Lori Cox, Kim Crawford Meeks
Foley: Sally Beth Vick, Cindy Kozlowski
Dothan: Sara Jo Burks, Carol Hara
Montgomery: Susan Downs, Kathy Paiml, Pauline Vaughn Murphy Birmingham (Summit): Donna Francavilla, Tawana Lowery, Mildred Watson, Brenda Wilson, Debra White, Marilyn Sills
Trussville: Temple Wells, Cindy Piteo, Crystal Neville, Rosia Underwood, Brenda Mitchell
Leeds: Shirley Hamilton, Vicki Hatcher, Elizabeth Fell, Gloria Williams
Tuscaloosa: Marilyn Jent, Cindy Dixon, Tammy Jones
Huntsville (Parkway): Kathy Chan, Tammy Little Haynes Huntsville (Bridge St.): Angie Carter, Sharon Terrell, Lorraine Bole
I will not cancel unless a situation of truly extreme emergency arises. I understand the event is being publicized with various media outlets and explained that Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc. will place MSA, Inc. affiliates in every location of Chicos in Alabama on April 1st.
If a current delegate, titleholder, or previous titleholder, I will wear my sash awarded to me by the Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc. organization for this event and will take my crown with me. If a current board member, I will wear my Ms. Senior Alabama name badge. If a previous delegate/titleholder and a current board member, I may wear my sash from the year I participated and/or wear my board member badge.
I will wear a business casual outfit. If I own an outfit from Chicos I will wear it, but if I do not, then I understand that I am not required to purchase an outfit from Chicos for the event.
I will not contact the employees of Chicos about the event, and understand that all communications go through the Ms. Senior Alabama Board of Directors and Chicos. At the event, I will meet and greet customers, take photos with those interested, assist shoppers in choosing outfits, and possibly model in a mini-fashion show. I will follow the guidance of store management once in the Chicos store. I will not impede upon the policies and work of the employees of Chicos. If a question or issue arises, before, during, or after the event, I will contact Kim Crawford Meeks, Chair of the Ms. Senior Alabama Board of Directors.
