| Sally Beth Vick, as Ms. Senior Homewood, won the 23rd annual Ms Senior Alabama Pageant held at Mountain Brook High School June 20th 2009. Along with her poise and grace, she won the crown with her vocal rendition of “I Could Have Danced all Night” from the musical My Fair Lady by Lerner and Lowe. She participated in the national Ms. Senior America Pageant October 4-7 at Harrah’s Resort and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey and placed in the “Top Ten.”

| Sally Beth is from Pleasant Grove where she makes her home with her husband Jimmy. They have one daughter and two grandchildren,

| Beth, as many of her close friends call her, was graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama at Birmingham at age 41 with a BA in Art Studio and a minor in Art History. She was the University’s first recipient of the Annual Art Department Chairman’s Award for Academic Excellence. She was employed by the Alabama District Office of the U. S. Small Business Administration for 34 years and retired as its Public Information Officer. While there, she was honored to be named the #1 PIO in the nation and the #1 loan officer for the Alabama Office for one year. As an extra duty, she also served in the capacity of Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor for several years. She was appointed as Alabama Women’s Business Opportunity Representative for three years. She was a judge in the SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) Regional Competition for Colleges and Universities in the Southeastern Region. She was Xi Upsilon Chapter Beta Sigma Phi (Social & Service Sorority) Woman of the Year. Ms Vick was also honored to have been appointed to her city’s library board for 13 years.

| Sally Beth loves to sing and entertain in various venues such as churches, nursing homes, senior centers, social gatherings and community and civic organizations. She has volunteered with the Red Cross, Special Olympics, American Cancer Society, and the Heart Association, to name a few. Some of her favorite activities include church, sewing, reading, travel and photography. Sally Beth says that it is her desire that age not interfere with her living life to its fullest. She enjoys each day that God has given her.

| Ms. Senior Alabama, Inc., is a part of the Ms. Senior America Program, which is the first and foremost pageant to emphasize and give honor to women who have reached the “Age of Elegance.” The Ms. Senior America philosophy is based upon the belief that seniors are the foundation of America, and our most valuable treasure.
